One thing Olivia does really well is push you through the each Sun set and you will definitely find your sweat. She makes it fun to take a class and encourages you to explore your mat and challenge yourself to dig deeper, find new levels. One of the best teachers to help you get into yoga and build. Plus the music choices are kickass!
