Expansion + Connection + Sea
A 7-day coastal women’s retreat following the rhythm of the Aegean Sea.
Women’s Retreat
JUNE 21–27, 2026
THE RETREAT
Join Olivia and The Balance community for an unforgettable 7-day Islands Retreat from the coast Paros, Greece. This all levels Women’s Retreat is about exploring the Art of Receiving. We’ll tune into the power of slowing down and letting go of the need to give, fix, or lead in order to simply receive. Sunlight, movement, support, sisterhood, nourishment.
Our private Paros villa will be our seaside sanctuary for the week. Expect gorgeous shared spaces and cozy corners to journal or unwind in, with our saltwater pool and shaded terraces perfect for afternoon naps or late-night gatherings around the fire.
The goal is to soak up as much as possible, as simply as possible. We have three days of boat trips to nearby islands to explore the unique character of each locale, enjoying boutique shopping, fresh island bites, and some snorkeling and swimming along the way.
Daily yoga & meditation will serve as a container for movement and self exploration, turning inward in order to honor what your practice needs each day. A variety of different vinyasa, restorative, and workshop offerings with Olivia will be available throughout the retreat.

Cyclades Greek Islands
The Cyclades are a groups of islands known as the crown jewels of the Aegean Sea. Paros, our home base sits at the heart of this chain of islands popular for its sun-drenched, whitewashed villages and sapphire waters. Naoussa and Parikia are the big, little towns on our island that we’ll soak up like locals.
Summer is a perfect time to explore the islands, as the days are long with golden light that follows you into the evening. The sea is inviting and warm, perfect for slow swims and salt-soaked afternoons, while the buzz of local life brings a lively rhythm to island villages in full swing.
Paros is an easy 3 hour high-speed ferry ride from either the Rafina or Piraeus Ports in Athens airport (ATH). You can also take a short (40 minutes) domestic flight to Paros airport (PAS). Both options offer a scenic transition from city to sea and are a quick drive to our villa.
ACCOMODATION & NOURISHMENT
Luxury Island Villa
Our private villa for the week is designed in traditional Cycladic style built across three levels. Thoughtful whitewashed finishes, stone accents, and minimalist decor complement the natural landscape and views.
We’ll eat our meals beside our private pool under the shaded terraces, which double as a perfect spot to journal and unwind in between retreat activities. The option to schedule an in-house massage is the perfect way to reset after a day of exploration. Shared and single rooms are both available.
Most of our meals will be traditional, Greek options cooked in house by a local female chef. Teresa will also lead our Greek cooking class as where you’ll learn to fold, roll, and flavor like a true island local. Between meals, light snacks and fruit will be available to keep you energized.
The Experience
YOGA & PROGRAMMING
Daily yoga and meditation, salty sea breeze, and more fresh produce than you can imagine are the rhythm of our days. We’ll ferry to the islands of Antiparos and Naxos to get a feel for the different locales, with optional afternoons spent on the beach.
Mid-week, we’ll set off on a full-day private boat adventure through the Cyclades, anchoring to snorkel the turquoise bays, swim in hidden coves, exploring cliffside villages, and sharing a sun-drenched lunch on the island of Despetiko with local wine and island fruit.
Our last night together, we’ll head into Naoussa to enjoy one of the Michelin Star restaurants then hit the town to indulge in the island nightlife. An evening celebration of Greek music, food, and dance as our last opportunity to connect to the spirit of the islands.
Yoga will serve as a container for reflection and deep connection, with yourself and with the vibrant energy of the islands. A variety of different vinyasa, restorative, and workshop offerings with Olivia will be available throughout the retreat.
