A NOTE FROM
OLIVIA
Yoga found me in high school after a gymnastics injury took me out of the competition circuit. Immediately I fell in love with the power I felt in my body, connecting to the deepest levels of internal control. It wasn’t until college I opened my first yoga scripture and truly fell in love with the art of yoga.
I believe in the intersectionality of our big, beautiful, and complex lives and designed The Balance as way to embrace the ancient wisdoms of yoga for modern living. Yoga is a practice of self study and the more clearly we see ourselves the more empowered we are to show up fully in our every moment.
Your Balance is about more than your daily asana practice. It’s so incredibly exciting to feel the changes in your life when you nourish yourself—mentally, physically, and spiritually. This practice fosters a deeper connection to the world around us, grounding us in the now.
