Olivia is the Founder and Science Editorial Director of The Lab Collection, a modern ecosystem bridging longevity science, culture, and personal health innovation. At the helm of The Lab Editorial, she leads the brand’s creative, scientific, and strategic vision—overseeing all content, partnerships, and communications to ensure each story advances the company’s mission: to make the science of longevity feel human, beautiful, and actionable.

With a background in biochemistry and molecular nutrition, Olivia is completing her BS/MS in Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Denver, where her research explores NAD⁺ metabolism and cellular resilience. She also collaborates with industry leaders in wellness technology and performance biology to translate complex research into accessible frameworks for modern living.

Before founding The Lab Collection, Olivia created and directed The Balance, a global retreat and wellness experience brand rooted in nervous system regulation and recovery science. Her work now extends into the Executive Longevity Performance Lab, a next-generation corporate health program integrating biometrics, wearable data, and personalized recovery protocols.

Across her ventures, Olivia’s focus is singular: evolving how we understand, measure, and live longevity—through storytelling, systems, and science.
