The Lab
CONTINUUM
How It Works
STEP 01
Start with Your Bloodwork & Symptomology Assessment
Get a comprehensive blood draw to uncover what’s really happening inside your body.
Begin with Your Baseline
“Data before dogma.”
Start with a comprehensive metabolic and lifestyle assessment including:
A full functional bloodwork panel via partner lab (Rupa or Function)
Oura Ring baseline for HRV, recovery, and sleep
Symptomology & lifestyle intake mapped through the Lab Continuum Questionnaire
→ You’ll receive a beautifully designed Lab Report showing your biomarker patterns across five key systems (Energy, Resilience, Endurance, Detox, and Potency).
STEP 02
Build Your Plan with a Medical Practitioner
Review your personalized Metabolic Report in person or via telehealth, align on your goals, and create a targeted plan that may include advanced therapies and premium supplements.
Build Your Personalized Plan
Meet 1-on-1 with your Continuum Metabolic Health Advisor (M.S. Biochem, FBCA certified, Mayo Clinic–trained Health Coach) and your Registered Dietitian Partner.
Together you’ll:
Translate lab data into daily actions
Set measurable recovery & nutrition goals
Choose add-ons: targeted supplement protocols, circadian nutrition schedule, or wearable integrations
No prescriptions — only data-guided optimization.
STEP 03
Meet with Your Registered Dietitian
Get expert nutrition and exercise guidance tailored to your body’s needs and your lifestyle.
Activate Your Protocol
Receive your Lab Protocol Kit, which may include:
Custom nutrient & biomarker dashboard
Oura Ring insight module (HRV, readiness, sleep stages)
Lab Guide access on HRV, protein, circadian rhythm, and stress regulation
You’ll track progress through your secure HIPAA-compliant portal, where new metrics are layered over your baseline for visual trend analysis.
STEP 04
Stay Supported with Ongoing Care
For those who need continuing care, regularly re-evaluate your bloodwork and meet with your Medical Provider and Registered Dietitian to track progress, adjust your plan, and keep optimizing results.
Re-Assess & Refine
Health is a moving target — optimization is ongoing.
Every 3–6 months:
Re-run key biomarkers
Review Oura data trends and nutrient adherence
Re-calibrate your protocol with your Continuum team
Members also receive Inside the Lab access — exclusive workshops on longevity, recovery science, and metabolic resilience.
