  • You confirm that you are fit and ready to participate without any health concerns that could interfere with your safety, including heart conditions, breathing issues, injuries, or other medical concerns.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We love creating unique experiences and beautiful spaces—and we ask that you respect the work that goes into it!

  • All materials, logos, photos, artwork, and branding belong to The Balance Yoga & Retreats LLC and may not be copied, altered, or shared without our permission.

  • By joining any of our retreats or events, you’re cool with us using photos that might feature you for marketing purposes—this could include social media, promotional content, and advertisements.

5. Deposits and Refunds

We keep our retreat groups small to ensure everyone gets an intimate, personalized experience. Because of this, deposits are required and come with these policies:

  • All deposits for retreats, events, workshops, and online programs are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason—whether due to personal matters, travel restrictions, or even a pandemic.

  • We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to reach out if something unexpected comes up. The final decision will be at our discretion.

7. Changes and Additional Terms
