Yes — with one number to keep in mind. Continua AM and PM carry 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of D3 each; one Lumen dropper adds 50 mcg (2,000 IU), so the full stack lands at 100 mcg (4,000 IU) — the established daily upper limit. That ceiling is intentional. Just don't stack additional D3 beyond it.
